I'm here to help guide you. In addition to holding a master's degree in clinical mental health counseling, I'm also a certified professional coach, F.I.V.E. trauma-informed facilitator, integration specialist, HeartMath® certified trainer and a health nut.
Entrepreneurs in Recovery®️ coaching helps you finally deal with your inner distractions, addictions, and pain to unlock your infinite worth, resilience and power in a supportive and safe environment. I look at addiction as universal and not only from the lens of substances, but emotions, thoughts, patterns, and attachments. I can't even count how many times someone has shared how their emotional and thought addictions have negatively impacted their life. Once you learn about these thought patterns and emotional addictions, you can start to heal, grow, and co-create the life you desire.
